What we collect when you book

• Your name, phone number and email, so we can hold your appointment, send your confirmation and reminder, and reach you if something changes.
• Your appointment details: the services, technician, date and time, and any notes you add.
• Your visit history with us, and notes our team adds (for example a favorite color or an allergy), so we can serve you better next time.

If you book by phone or walk in, we may record the same kind of information in the same system.

How we use it

• To manage your appointments and send booking, change, cancellation and reminder emails.
• To call or text you about your appointment if needed.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Hostinger hosts this website, our booking database and our email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that bookings come from real people, not bots. Cloudflare may process technical details about your browser and device for this check.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google when pages load.
• Google Analytics counts visits to this website: which pages are viewed, how visitors found us, and taps on our phone number, directions and completed online bookings. It uses cookies and sees general details such as device type and approximate location. We do not send Google your name, phone number or email.

Technical information

To protect the booking form from abuse, our server briefly records the IP address of each booking, cancellation and login attempt. These records are deleted automatically after one day. We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits; you can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep your customer record and visit history while you are a customer of Great Nails, so your history and preferences are there when you come back. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Cancel an appointment with the link in your confirmation email (up to 3 hours before), or by calling us.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information by calling (763) 433-8613 or emailing hello@greatnailscoonrapids.com.

Children

Appointments for children, including our kids menu, should be booked by a parent or guardian using the parent’s contact details.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
